Ginger Dreams

This is simple recipe designed to highlight the ease of using tonic herbs in powdered form, and also something simple for bedtime, when our digestive system needs rest and our immune system can do its job and rebuild.

Ingredients:
  • 1 or 2 teabags of ginger tea (use 2 if you like a strong ginger flavor)
  • 1 tsp Fortify Immunity
Directions:
  1. In an 8 or 12 ounce cup, steep 1-2 teabags ginger tea, brewed for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix in 1 tsp Fortify Immunity.

This recipe helps the immune system rebuild itself as we sleep, an important time for cell regeneration and healing.
